Through our online learning system, we provide access to templates, tools, and resources.
Desk and Conference Space
Our members get access to our incubator space at OSU-Cascades that is located in the heart of Bend, Oregon.
Our members get access to powerful working sessions that give them the templates to get funding, launch a product, and grow their venture – not just talk about it.
Coaching and Mentorship
Our staff, mentors, and entrepreneurs in residence provide one-on-one advising to our members to help them find funding, create a sustainable business strategy, and launch their venture.
Our students perform market research, look up leads, and can even design mobile apps for clients. Additionally our students build tools and templates to save organizations time and make it easier to launch.
If your business or nonprofit organization needs a place to meet clients, hold events, and host teleconferences, then our basic membership could be right for you. With this membership you get access to the conference rooms and desks for up to 7 hours ever month. Additionally, you can take part in the work sessions and access the online resources of the Co-Lab.

WORKSHOP: AUTOMATE YOUR LIFE - THE FUTURE OF NO CODE
Saturday, April 6, 2019
9 AM to 2 PM Pacific
In the past, only a very small group of software engineers or webmasters built things on the internet. These ambitious people spent months learning to code before publishing even the most basic website.
Now, anyone can code, build, and automate systems. We’re seeing a wave of no code tools enter the market, and these tools are allowing us to automate tasks at our jobs, create businesses around software products with minimal effort, develop mobile and web apps, and automate our home lives as well.
Join us to learn how to automate your life through no code.
In the first hour, we will learn about:
- A bookings calendar to deal with meetings with Calendly or YouCanBook.me
- Beautifully responsive site using Webflow
- Ecommerce shop with Shopify or WordPress
- Facebook Messenger bot for your shop powered by Octane AI
- Web app using Bubble
- Mobile app with Thunkable
- Voice app using Voiceflow
- Complex web app combining Zapier and Airtable
- Simple single page website with Carrd
- Paid newsletter with Substack
- AR/VR/3D experience in your browser with Scapic
- Online magazine hosted by Readymag
- Turn a Google Sheet into a website with Sheet2Site
- Internal dashboards and tools with Retool
- Maker communities that you can access
Next, we will teach you where to find cheap or free software tools that can help you build what you want. (like Zeroqode, NoCode, and MakerPad and many, many others).
Lastly, we will do an idea sprint to build our own web apps at the session.
Attendees will receive an option to download the presentation and materials from this event. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet computer to the session.
THIS WORKSHOP IS FREE.
The Co-Lab provides one-to-one advising to help startups on their journey.
Work with Students
The student consultancy program provides an opportunity to get career experience. Student consultants do market research, generate leads, build mobile apps, and tackle a number of real-world tasks. Through the student consultancy, the Co-Lab helps the innovators of today while training the innovators of tomorrow.
Work with Mentors
Our Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs) have in-depth experience with building a product, selling it, and growing their company. These EIRs come into the Co-Lab to advise, educate, and work with new entrepreneurs. After you register for a basic, flex, or dedicated membership, office hours may be scheduled on the Membership Dashboard.
Work with Co-Lab Staff
With over 10 years of experience in startup acceleration, small business development, and technology transfer, our Executive Director is an expert at building initiatives that support innovators, entrepreneurs, funders, and their communities. Co-Lab members can reserve time with the Executive Director to get help with building their products and services via the Membership Dashboard.
Our members raised $1.4M in 2018 to build their dreams.
